Bem.... daqui a uns dias Avatar ainda bate o recorde de bilheteira de Titanic (cerca de $1,848,813,795)! É esperado que até este final de semana Avatar tenha vendido cerca de $352 milhões nos EUA fazendo um total de $1.02 biliões mundialmente!! Isto tudo após 17 dias em exibição!! Titanic levou mais de 40 dias para passar esse montante (também temos que ver que o preço dos bilhetes em 3D são mais caros, e por isso ajudou Avatar a passar tão rápido). Se Avatar continuar a crescer ainda poderá destronar Titanic como o filme mais lucrativo de sempre. Bom, bom é para o James Cameron, visto ser ele o realizador de Titanic... o seu recorde continuará imbatível!

Well... in a few days Avatar might break Titanic's record of highest grossing film ($1,848,813,795). It is projected that by the end of this weekend Avatar will sell over $352 million in the US, making a worldwide total of $1.02 billion!! And it only took 17 days to achieve this mark! Titanic took more than 40 days to break the $1 billion sales mark (but we have to also realize that Avatar has the help of the more expensive tickets, due to 3D showings). If Avatar keeps selling this fast it might dethrone Titanic as the highest grossing film ever! Well... that won't bother James Cameron since he's the director of both movies!! His record will remain unbeatable!
