Evan Roth To Release Debut EP 'The Way It Was'
Afternoon guys! Orange County-based singer-songwriter Evan Roth is set to release his debut EP, The Way It Was, on March 8th!
If you're into pop music than you'll enjoy this 6-track EP! I like the first track, Overture/City Lights, its symphonic intro and then it builds into an energetic alt-pop tune. Loving that melodic piano! Another upbeat tune is Walk Away, with is infectious drum beat and guitar work! These two tracks are super radio friendly!
My favourite songs are the more calm, introspective and piano-based such as the title track The Way It Was. I am a sucker for piano-based tunes and his vocals are amazing here! Silhouette is also another personal favourite, very calm and dreamy. Evan Roth is classically trained in piano and we can see how good he is in these two tracks!
The EP is a perfect introduction of Evan to the music world and showcases his piano skills and that lovely voice he has.
