The Satellite Station Drops New Single ‘Running’

Following the release of his beautiful single Fear of the Sea, The Satellite Station, the project of American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Travis Rue, is back with his brand new single Running, a song about how we spend our whole lives preparing for something that we lose sight of what it is we are pushing toward.

Right off the bat I am enjoying how the tempo of this song seems a bit more upbeat than its predecessor and there's somewhat of a late summer atmosphere to the song that is quite captivating. The guitar riffs and infectious melodies perfectly back his smooth vocal delivery and make this quite a memorable listening experience. Once again, The Satellite Station delivers a beautifully-written piece of music that is very relatable and is backed by a groovy, upbeat indie-pop production. Check it out below!
