I am a big fan of his melancholic songs but this one sounds like a breath of fresh air thanks to its uplifting and somewhat euphoric atmosphere. I was asked by a friend why all my songs sounded so melancholy. I conceded he had a point. I wrote this song as a challenge to myself that I could write a song that was upbeat and positive. "Feel This Again" is about being spontaneous and feeling alive. It's about remember simpler times when we were young and we lived moment to moment instead of always planning ahead.
