Nathan Rodd Shares New Single ‘Slowly’

Following his laid-back single Evelyn, Israeli Evelyn indie folk-pop singer and songwriter Nathan Rodd is back with his brand new single Slowly, the second track to be taken from his upcoming debut album.

I am really enjoying the tone of his vocals which have a slight touch of rasp that instantly makes the song memorable. Loving how easily he hits those high notes and beautifully conveys the emotion of his relatable storytelling that describes three stages of dealing with heartbreak with an optimistic and positive outlook. Pain, anger, and acceptance are wrapped in a bright, almost naive melody, awesome guitars, punchy drums and surprising harmonic changes.
