Following last month's infectious single All Talked Out, British singer and songwriter Dare Summer has just shared her brand new single Back On Me, a high-energy piece of electro-pop music.

I am a fan of her powerful, distinctive voice that instantly commands the listener's attention to her storytelling. The second single to be lifted from her forthcoming EP, Back On Me finds Dare in a defiant mood, unapologetically taking back control after having lost all sense of herself in a dysfunctional relationship. This message is wrapped around an upbeat synth-driven, 80s-inspired production with a memorable driving beat and cool percussion enhancing the emotion of her vocal delivery. I am loving that infectious beat and how the retro and upbeat atmosphere of the production makes me want to get up and dance while singing along to its memorable chorus.
