Brooklyn-based singer and songwriter Chloe Lilac is back with her brand new single 10 Things, the first track to see a release from Chloe's upcoming new mixtape, due out fall 2021.
Her first single of 2021, 10 Things is a personal song tracing the rough edges of a close friendship's fallout. This message is beautifully wrapped around a captivating indie-pop production that beautifully showcases Chloe's distinctive tone and confident vocal delivery. I am particularly fond of the soaring guitar riffs that enhance the confidence of her vocal delivery and gives the song a cool rock edge. The soaring guitars are nicely paired with catchy percussion that create an overall warm and energetic atmosphere perfect to play it out loud and sing along to it.

i wrote 10 things about a bad friend i had throughout my life, and finally realizing it wasn’t healthy for me to keep them around anymore. it can be so frustrating when a close friend prioritizes a relationship above your friendship. best friend breakups are one of the most painful things you can go through, especially when you feel let down by someone you trust so much.
