Ryan Egan Unveils New Single ‘Alone For the Last Time’

NYC & Paris-based singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Egan has just shared his brand new single Alone For the Last Time, a chill piece of music about the joys of solitude. 

 

The second single to be taken from his upcoming debut album, Soft Power, set to arrive on April 8th 2022, Alone For The Last Time arrives shortly after the album's debut Weeknights and continues to showcase Ryan Egan's super smooth, expressive vocals and honest storytelling. This is a slow melting, psych rock anthem that features Egan as a crooning loner attesting to the joys of solitude. Apart from his gorgeous vocals I am very fond of the psych-infused guitar hooks nicely paired with steady percussion, delicate piano keys and cool sax riffs which create an overall warm, laid-back atmosphere perfect for a relaxing weekend at home. 

 

Accompanying the release, Ryan Egan shared its official music video, which he directed with Hugo Cohen Sprung, that beautifully embodies the song's chill, hazy atmosphere. Check it out below!
