California based producer Sunsets has teamed up with fellow singer-songwriter Foreignlocal to deliver Cool, a groovy, nu-disco offering that instantly got me in a good mood. 

 

I am really enjoying Foreignlocal.'s smooth, sensual vocals which are beautifully laid upon an infectious electronic production. Cool is a tongue in cheek commentary lightheartedly poking fun at the LA “cool guys” who try so hard to appear laid back. This message is wrapped around a memorable nu-disco production with funky guitars, killer bass, danceable percussive elements and catchy atmospherics that together create an overall warm, sun-soaked atmosphere that takes me back to those long, carefree summer days.
