Swedish brother duo Modern Tales share their brand new single Pretty Little Thing, a dreamy and warm piece of indietronica. 

 

Out now on RUFUS DU SOL's tastemaking label Rose Avenue, Pretty Little Things is taken from their upcoming debut album, Stars Align, which is set to arrive on July 14th. I am really enjoying those rich, expressive vocals which are packed with raw, honest emotion that instantly captures our attention to their relatable storytelling. One of the most stirring cuts on the album, Pretty Little Things is a song about someone wanting to be with their lover, a message enhanced by its mesmerising indietronica production. Apart from the vocals, I am particularly fond of the chilling piano melody which is seamlessly paired with gripping synths that call upon shades of Massive Attack and Trent Reznor.
