Talking about the track, Richardson says,
This is the first song I ever wrote over Zoom during the solitary early days of the pandemic. It was very much written about the importance of pushing through the hard times. The lyrics attest to the feeling of isolation and hopelessness, but also point to the strength in sticking together and fighting the good fight to make it through anything. It’s a defiant musical statement of staying true to yourself and fighting adversity.”
