Madeleine McPherson Shares Empowering New Single ‘Treat Me Right (Bubble Song)’

UK R&B/pop singer-songwriter Madeleine Mcpherson shares her empowering new single Treat Me Right (The Bubble Song), out everywhere now.

Treat Me Right acts as a follow up to her previous track Changes as it finds Madeleine singing about the watershed moment when you decide to walk away from a person and/or situation when it becomes clear it is no longer serving you. Opening with a simple guitar melody, Madeleine’s captivatingly soulful vocals take centre stage, soaring beautifully the warm production while effortlessly capturing our attention to her relatable storytelling. Apart from her gorgeous vocals and lush harmonies, I am also very fond of the delicate, emotive piano keys, catchy beat and rhythms that together create an overall empowering and heartfelt atmosphere. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, Madeleine McPherson said,
I had previously released a song called ‘Changes’ in April which started it all for me, and allowed me to find my fanbase. That song was about me saying goodbye to a boy who wouldn't change for me. As I was moving on from him, I noticed he started to treat me right for the first time. One: because he Couldnt hurt me if he wasn't with me and two: He finally learnt what he should have done. This sparked a conversation with my friend Sam, and we wrote the song together that night. I Want people to realise that you don't have to stay in a toxic bubble with someone when there's no more reasons too. You can leave and begin moving on and choose to be treated right over anything.
