Five months ago, i met this boy back home in new jersey. i very quickly fell in love with him, and we spent the entire summer together. since then, we've probably watched 'la la land' about nine times and almost never fell asleep before the sun reminded us. every single sleepless night was totally worth it, and i can't wait to do it all over again soon. 🙃 a week before my 18th birthday, i moved 403 miles away for school. i felt the best way for me to get through a long-distance relationship was to write a song about us and what became much more than a summer fling.
