Cek & The Stompers' latest album, "Mr. Red," out now, bridges traditional blues and modern sensibilities. Recorded at Monolith Studio in Brescia, Italy, and mixed well at Poddighe Studio, the album reflects a deep connection to the roots of the blues. Cek Franceschetti’s strong vocals and expert dobro playing shine throughout, particularly in the title track, a moving tribute to Louisiana Red.

The album features eleven tracks, including a compelling reimagining of J.J. Cale’s "Thirteen Days," and showcases the band’s dynamic range from the soulful "Juanita" to the poignant "Breakin’ Deal." With stellar contributions from Luca Manenti on guitar, Pietro Gozzini on double bass, Andrea Corvaglia on harmonica, and Federica Zanotti on percussion, "Mr. Red" is a vibrant and authentic blues experience, cementing the band’s place in contemporary blues music.
