Lark Shares New Single ‘Stars’

Australian pop powerhouse Lark shares her brand new single Stars, an upbeat electro/dance-pop song about overcoming existential challenges. 

 

Out now on Holy Guacamole Records, Stars finds the talented artist highlighting staying true to her passions over an uplifting, buoyant electro-pop production by Australian Independent Producer of the Year, Jono Fernandez (Sia, Morgan Page). I am really fond of her vocals and how expressive and passionate her delivery is, soaring effortlessly over retro synth chords, funky rhythms and beats that come together to create an overall warm, feel-good atmosphere perfect for a fun summer's day.

Speaking about the song, Lark said,

I was going through a bit of a hard time, and I felt like I was just working the daily grind and trying to get ahead when all I really wanted to do was work on my music. I wrote this song to myself as a wake-up call to snap out of it, refocus on what fills my soul, and get out there and do it. My producer, Jono, and I finished the production in record time, it flowed so easily. This song is a whole vibe, and it makes me so happy and inspired!
