Jenny Stenger Shares New Single ‘I’m So Tired’

American singer and songwriter Jenny Stenger shares her brand new single I'm So Tired, a melancholic, piano-based indie/folk-pop song that finds Stenger candidly exploring her struggle with self-acceptance amidst the pressure to feel perfect and enjoy life.

I am loving how delicate, echoey and harmonic her vocals are, soaring beautifully over the captivating production, effortlessly connecting us to her storytelling. I'm So Tired showcases the drain of constantly second-guessing your character and how it affects your mental health, something I can relate to 110% as I always second-guess everything, which gets one quite emotionally exhausted and vulnerable. Apart from her stunning vocal delivery, I am particularly fond of the sombre piano chords which are seamlessly intertwined with delicate guitar plucks, together creating an overall warm, heartfelt listening experience.

Speaking about the song, Stenger said,
Writing ‘I’m So Tired’ was the equivalent of writing a journal entry for me. I wrote this song while sitting on the floor at 3 AM, after a particularly hard day dealing with mental illness. My favorite songs are the ones that almost write themselves when I can just sit down and word vomit about how I’m feeling, and it turns into a raw, honest song.
