Maddze Shares New Single ‘Y’

Following the release of his emotive Progressive House cut In The Deep, German electronic music artist Maddze shares his brand new single Y, a melancholia-infused piece of Future House music. 

 

Y finds the talented artist reflecting on the confusion and pain in the world, questioning why hate and conflict still persist when love has the power to free and heal. It's a song about the sense of helplessness about the world's pain but still shares a longing for hope and understanding amidst darkness. I find myself thinking the same some times, I remember being younger and thinking the world was going to be a better place but conflicts seem to arise over and over again. A message flawlessly conveyed through passionate vocals that are accompanied by a memorable driving beat, lush synths, delicate piano keys and cool rhythms that create a high-energy atmosphere that contrasts with the sadness of the vocals and lyrics.
