What I like the most about the song is its energy and how passionate and commanding those vocals are, instantly drawing my attention to their storytelling. Imogen takes listeners in a haunting and emotional journey through struggle and longing, relatable themes wrapped in a memorable and intense production. Backing those rich vocals we have intricate guitar riffs seamlessly paired with steady drum patterns, slowing building up in pace and bursting with energy in an epic, powerful chorus that won me over from the start.
