American artist Wineskin in Smoke shares her brand new single When I Was 12, a spiritual journey through a blend of Folk, Country and Americana. 

 

Written about September 9th, 2001, When I Was 12 reflects a deep spiritual connection and show how the artist committed her life to Christ. I am really enjoying the rich, heartfelt vocals and how they are nicely accompanied by delicate guitar riffs that are later joined with banjo riffs that slowly build up in pace and energy with killer bass, upbeat drum patterns and lovely harmonies that enhance the passion and emotion pouring from her delivery. A beautiful piece of Folk/Americana music with a lot of heart and passion!
