Charles Costa Shares New Single ‘Nothing At The Most’

After three beloved albums, the artist formerly known as King Charles has abdicated and now starts a new era under his real name, Charles Costa. This chapter starts with the release of his brand new single Nothing At The Most, the first single to be taken from his upcoming self-titled album set to arrive on January 24th via Wipe Out Music! 

 

I am loving the song's grandeur and dramatic atmosphere that finds the talented artist effortlessly capturing the emotions of a man who confesses to having spent much of his life chasing something that he ultimately realised that he didn't need. A relatable message beautifully delivered through Costa's distinctive, heartfelt vocals which radiate so much emotion and soul that captured my attention from the start. This message is wrapped around a stirring production that pairs lush cellos with captivating rhythms, delicate keys and guitar plucks that create a raw, intimate atmosphere packed with authenticity, melancholia and passion.

Speaking about the song, Charles Costa said,

'Nothing at The Most' is part of a collection of songs filled with the sounds and lyrics to represent the journey between longing and lament. I made this record with Jesse Quin (Keane) at Old Jet Studios combining songs with productions to create a new identity for what is essentially my debut album as Charles Costa.
