Jay Mezo Shares New Single ‘Tudo o que lá vai, um dia volta’

Time for some music in Portuguese. Portugal-based, Brazilian singer, songwriter and producer Jay Mezo shares his brand new single, the latest single to be taken from his Tudo o que lá vai, um dia volta, the latest single to be taken from his Só, Tão album, out now via Parlophone Portugal.

Literally translated as All that Goes, One Day Comes Back, Tudo o que lá vai, um dia volta finds the talented artist pouring his heart out and singing about the end of a relationship, showing that even if they broke up, there's always a chance of getting back together, even though the future remains uncertain. It's a hopeful outlook on breakups as a way of personal growth and to believe maybe that love can be rekindled.

A relatable storytelling flawlessly conveyed through Mezo's gorgeous vocals which are backed by a genre-blending production that pairs Hip-Hop and Pop elements with Brazilian influences. I am particularly fond of the lush guitar plucks and how they are seamlessly intertwined with groovy rhythms and a killer bass that infuse this hearfelt song with a danceable vibe. A great song for a late night drive or for those moments home alone with one's thoughts.
