Okean Elzy Share New Single ‘Might Have Been a Dream’

Ukraine's most beloved and enduring band Okean Elzy share their brand new single Might Have Been a Dream, the latest single to be taken from their first-ever English-language studio album, Lighthouse, out now via Warner Music Central Europe. 

 

What I like the most about this song is the passionate performance from frontman Sviatoslav ‘Slava’ Vakarchuk whose vocals are packed with so much emotion and soul instantly getting me hooked to the song. Might Have Been a Dream is a song of darkness and light wrapped around an infectious indie-pop/rock production. Its introspective lyrics are beautifully conveyed through Vakarchuk's gorgeous vocals and are accompanied by intricate guitar riffs nicely intertwined with steady drum patterns, a dynamic hook and a serrated guitar solo that gives the song a gritty edge which makes it even more of a memorable listening experience.
