YRL Carlo$ Shares New Single ‘trendsetter’

UK-based artist YRL Carlo$ shares his brand new single trendsetter, the lead single to his upcoming EP eclipse. 

 

What I like the most about this song is its warmth and early 2000s R&B vibes that really brings me fond memories of those years. Inspired by acts like Ne Yo, Usher, Carlos Santana, Black Eyed Peas, and many more, YRL Carlo$ gifts us with a nostalgic piece of R&B that finds him beatifully showcasing his lovely, expressive vocals, songwriting and producing skills. First time I listened to this song it instantly gave me Carlos Santana vibes and its whole atmosphere is quite laid-back and blissful, perfect for a fun weekend. 

 

I am loving the tone of his voice and how it is nicely accompanied by a killer bass throughout the song which is seamlessly paired with cool synths and rhythms that come together to create an overall warm, sensual touch that will get you in a good mood and want to dance very closely to someone special. A great song to get you in a good mood and reminiscing about the good old 2000s in no time!
