Louis Torre Drops New Single ‘read the room’

American singer and songwriter Louis Torre shares his brand new single read the room, a smooth alt-pop gem!

The follow up to his dreamy gem sunset drive - which arrived in September - read the room finds the talented artist pouring his heart out, showing us a vulnerable side of his storytelling. read the room comes from being in a dark place in life, feeling like you're a buzzkill if you talk about what is hurting you at that time. A song about struggling to pull oneself together and have fun so we don't bother the one's around us with our heavy stuff. I absolutely relate to this song as many times I keep things to myself as a way not to bother others with the things that are keeping me in a dark place, often putting a mask and be the fun guy, which can be very exausting. This heartfelt, honest storytelling is flawlessly delivered through Torre's smooth, velvety vocals which are accompanied by delicate guitar strums, subtle piano keys and soothing rhythms that create an overall warm, intimate atmosphere.

Speaking about the song, Louis Torre said,
This song came from a social experience where I was in a really dark place & it was really hard to be the old "funny & carefree" Louis. I would go out & feel so heavy but didn't want to kill the vibe. No one wants to hear heavy stuff all the time & sometimes It was hard for me to pull myself together to have fun.
