ROREY Shares New Single ‘Soho Grand’
New York native singer-songwriterROREY shares her brand new single Soho Grand, the latest single to be lifted from her upcoming sophomore EP, Dysphoria.
Soho Grand finds the talented artist wondering if things will get better following her bipolar disorder diagnosis, a song that many of us can relate to as we all have been faced with something that has made us wonder the same thing. What I like the most about this song is how smooth and ethereal her vocals sound, soaring effortlessly over the dreamy indie-pop production. Apart from her gorgeous vocals and haunting harmonies, I am particularly fond of the swirls of hypnotic instrumentals nicely intertwined with cool rhythms, expansive synths and delicate guitar strums that come together to create an overall warm, laid-back atmosphere perfect for an introspective day home alone.
On the new single ROREY shares,
I think we’ve all been at a place where we wondered if things would ever get better. That feeling kept me from seeking help because, for a while, I thought, What’s the point if it never does? Spoiler alert—it did. Healing isn’t linear; for me, it took years of commitment and surrender. To anyone looking for relief, I’d encourage you to lean into the uncertainty. Trust the process—it’s worth it.
