Vancouver-based artist Hoang teams up with Los Angeles-based classically-trained composer and electronic music producer Danny Olson to deliver Already Gone, an emotive Future Bass gem! 

 

Out now via Lost In Dreams Records, Already Gone pairs touches of melancholia and lots of emotion with a high-energy electronic production that is perfect to get one ready for the weekend. I am really enjoying the delicate, heartfelt vocals and how they infuse the song with a memorable dose of soul and emotion that contrasts with the harder-hitting beats of the electronic production. The song starts quite smoothly, with lovely piano keys accompanying those heartfelt vocals before building up into an explosive Future Bass melody with thundering beats, lush brass and string elements and expansive synths that come together to create a powerful and memorable burst of energy that enhances the emotion and melancholia of the storytelling.
