Luke Potter Shares New Single ‘H A Double P Y (I'm Happy)’

British musician, singer and songwriter Luke Potter is back with his brand new single H A Double P Y (I’m Happy), a captivating pop song out now via Breaking The Ceiling Records. 

 

His first proper single in a while (following his projects Heckyl and Starlight Alice), H A Double P Y (I’m Happy) finds the talented artist singing about the plethora of feelings following the end of a relationship, from the feeling of loss and lack of confidence to realising that one just needs to give it time to heal and get that confidence back and coming out stronger and happier than ever. I am a fan of Luke's vocals and how expressive his delivery is, beautifully enhancing the emotion of his relatable storytelling. The production is quite polished with a dark edge that makes the song stand out even more. Apart from his vocals I am particularly fond of the intricate guitar plucks and how they are nicely paired with warm synths, subtle rhythms and catchy beats that come together to create an overall warm, intimate atmosphere that allows for his relatable storytelling and gorgeous vocals to soar!
