Belgian duo Time Behind, consisting of drummer vale and singer pablo, share their brand new single Sit Back, a groovy, laid-back piece of alt-pop music! 

 

What I like the most about the song is the contrast between the upbeat production and the deeper lyrical content that finds the duo singing about someone feeling misunderstood and overwhelmed, yet striving to find clarity and comfort. Pablo's vocals are incredibly captivating, soaring nonchalantly over the infectious production, exuding raw emotion and introspection from start to finish. The song addresses a chaotic life and encourages listeners to step back, embrace perspective, and find peace in solitude which can provide a sense of belonging and hope. I am particularly fond of the soaring guitar riffs during the bridge which enhance the raw passion and emotion pouring from those vocals, beautifully intertwined with cool electronics and drum patterns!
